Erasmus Talent

At the end of summer 2020 I started an internship at Gingerless, a design agency in Rotterdam. At this agency I learned a lot in a short amount of time. Erasmus talent was the first time I experience where what it’s like to work for and communicate with big clients. One of the most valuable aspects working on this project was the way I learned to speak directly to a client, communicate ideas and the proces. Next to that I learned how to design and build a working career finding platform.

ErasmusTalent is an online career platform that has a focus on students, starters and young professionals that have a HBO/WO education level. Companies and students can signup and join this platform to make the process of creating a connection easier. Erasmus Talent is the one that facilitates the way students can come into contact with potential future clients.

To craft a new brand identity & visual styling for the current website of ErasmusTalent, with as main goal to increase the reach to their target audience and create more conversion.
